World Youth Skills Day
Connecting the Dots: How Awareness, Exploration, and Career Pathways Create Workforce Success
At WareWorksFL, our purpose is simple: make a skilled trades career something students and parents choose with confidence, not settle for by default. A student can't choose a path they don't know exists, and that belief is exactly why this month wasn't a single launch for us, it was three, all connected, all working toward the same goal of closing Jacksonville's skilled trades gap.
We're thrilled to be part of it. WareWorksFL is proud to sponsor TradeUp, a new initiative from News4Jax bringing real visibility to the trades. As part of the launch, News4Jax also partnered with Be Pro Be Proud to bring a mobile learning lab to the Jacksonville area, giving students hands on exposure right in their own communities. And on our end, we introduced our AI powered Career Pathway platform, giving students and parents a clear way to explore trades careers, salaries, local schools, and open jobs matched to their interests and their area.
This is the kind of work that gets us excited, awareness, exploration, and a real path, all launching together with incredible partners. Take a look back at the energy of the day in the photos below, and explore your own trades career path with our Career Pathway platform.
